Teaching children to read is Lois Wilson's passion.
Lois is well known locally as a master teacher. She retired after teaching scores of children to read and continues, now, to lend her expertise to DR LEARNING students. Lois is able to teach children with acute needs and she is able to make those same children love to learn and work hard.

Gail had recently relocated from Edmonton when she joined our group of associates in 2019. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering and a Master of Business Administration. She taught math at NAIT in Edmonton and worked as a private tutor for high school students. Her experience outside the teaching field is extensive. Evidence of the clear instruction she offers and her passion for working with high school students is obvious. DR LEARNING is fortunate to join with Gail to offer superior instruction in physics and math.

Don “I Love Math” Sears – our “professor emeritus” is enjoying retirement along with his wife, Joan. We are so grateful to Don. He shared his life, his love, and his wisdom with so many young people – in the public school system, in church, at camp, and with DR LEARNING.
Louise takes care of all financial matters for DR LEARNING. She keeps track of purchases, invoices, receipts and payments, and makes sense of it all when income tax time rolls around.
As one might imagine, a group of teachers is not necessarily a group of techies! Al provides suggestions, solutions, and answers to our questions about computers, wifi, printers, networks and on and on. He is much appreciated for his knowledge and willingness to assist wherever and whenever he is needed.
From the very early days in School District 43 when we first began to use technology in the classroom, and as DR LEARNING’s original tech support person, Garth continues to be a source of support and information from his new home in Comox.
